Welcome to the web site of the Urantia Book Los Angeles Society. We are a diverse group of people in the Southern California region who read the Urantia Book, sometimes called the Fifth Epochal Revelation. Our organizational goals include: ●The study and dissemination of the teachings of the Urantia Book, and ●The inculcation and encouragement of the realization and appreciation of the Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of Man. Ours is a fraternal organization, ever obedient to the laws of this country and to the regulations of the Fellowship, who granted our charter. We strive to increase and enhance the comfort, happiness and well-being of man as an individual and as a member of society through our efforts as individuals and as members of UBLA. We invite you to explore our web site, including information on study groups and other activities. Feel free to drop in on one of our Quarterly meetings at the Whittier Art Gallery!  The Urantia Book was first published by the Urantia Foundation in 1955. Since then, the Urantia Book has been reprinted numerous times by several different publishers. Pictured at the left is the Uversa Press edition, which differs from the original in the inclusion of an index. |
